              Sam Salituro, O.D., F.A.A.O

Dr. Salituro is a member of the American Optometric Association and has attained the prestige of becoming a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry. 

Dr. Salituro serves as chief of staff, and while working with his associates, oversees patient care at VisionCare Specialists.  Dr Salituro is also an Adjunct Professor at both the Illinois College of Optometry and the University of Indiana School of Optomerty.

Dr. Salituro has been practicing optometry for more than seventeen years, thirteen at this location, and looks forward to using his knowledge and experience to care for you.


                 Judy Policheri

Judy has been a member of the VisionCare family for over 12 years and has more than 20 years in the industry. She is a certified optician with the American Board of Opticianry and a Contact Lens Technician with the National Contact Lens Examiners.

Anne brings the VisionCare family her knowledge and more than 20 years of optical experience. Anne is a certified optician with the American Board of Opticianry and is a certified paraoptometric technician.

 Maria Owens

Maria is a certified optician with the American Board of Opticianry and has spent more than 10 years in the optical industry. Se Habla Español.

                           Gloria Estrada

Gloria orginally hails from San Diego, CA, but now calls Chicago her home.  Gloria spent many years in a West Coast office specializing in LASIK surgery.  She has familiarized herself with the various vision insurance plans and is willing to help clarify your benefits.
